The room was spacious and clean, providing enough space for my family. The hotel's location was convenient, as it was close to downtown and easily accessible to public transportation. the hotel had a roof terrace with fine views and a swimming pool, a great advantage for relaxation and enjoying the scenery.
The hotel had a strong smoking smell in the rooms, unpleasant for non-smokers like myself. The hotel's age was noticeable, as the rooms lacked maintenance and some facilities were not functioning properly.

This hotel was conveniently located close to the MTR station, making transportation very easy. it was situated right in front of a bustling market, providing an interesting and lively atmosphere. The cleanliness of the hotel was also noteworthy, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Great location near a bustling market street with easy access to fresh fruits and local life. My room was very comfortable with plenty of amenities like air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a television. The staff was accommodating and responsive to my needs.
Staff could benefit from courses in communication skills and customer service. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting the city.

We had a wonderful stay at Ramada! Despite the busy location near the market, we were actually surprised with the quietness of our room. The rooftop pool and its view were amazing. we highly recommend this hotel for your next stay in the city.

Market street location, transportation options within 10 mins walking distance. Upgraded room with view and local delicacies served for breakfast. Rooftop pool has amazing views. Helpful staff, shuttle bus and useful fridge in the room.

The breakfast at this hotel is absolutely delicious, with a variety of Asian meals to choose from. The view from our room on the 23rd floor was stunning, reminiscent of the movie "Inception" with DiCaprio. The room and bathroom were of a normal size, which is a pleasant surprise considering how small rooms can be in HKG. We were also pleased that we were not limited in space, even with our two children who are 6 years old.
We felt very at home during our stay at the Ramada Hong Kong Grand View and had no complaints.
